IKYOON MSUGHTER SAMUEL

Engr. Ikyoon Msughter Samuel holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University, Makurdi, and is a licensed practicing Civil Engineer registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

With years of hands-on experience across technical, operational, and senior management roles, he has designed and overseen the delivery of numerous civil infrastructure and residential projects, both as site engineer and project manager. His leadership philosophy is direct: challenge conventional limits, pursue excellence consistently, and never compromise on quality.

Wasiu ABDULBASIT ADEMOLA

Wasiu Abdulbasit Ademola brings over 18 years of active real estate industry experience to BEVIKS Realty. Known for identifying high-return property deals and offering clear, practical investment guidance, he has built a reputation for integrity and results across the Abuja market, Including a tenure as President of the All Estate Agents, Gwarimpa Chapter.
